Susan Appel

Susan (Blake) Appel has extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Lead, Strategy & Operations at Reforge since February 2020, with previous roles including Group Strategy Lead and Product Development & Strategy Lead. Prior to Reforge, Susan worked at Snap Inc. from June 2017 to February 2020 as a Senior Associate and Associate. Susan began a career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst from August 2015 to June 2017, following a position as a Peer Coach at Ross Career Services and as a Summer Business Advisor at EY. Additional experience includes an internship at Ally Financial Inc. and a role as a Research Assistant at the Survey of Consumers. Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earned in 2015.
