Aaron Favara is the Chief Operating Officer at Refraction AI, a company that focuses on robotic delivery services in urban areas. Prior to this role, Aaron was the Managing Partner at Concept Quarry, a management consulting firm, and Co-Founder and COO at PICKUP. Aaron also held leadership positions at Transcom, Sutherland, Arise Virtual Solutions, and West Corporation.
