Ellice Perez-McIntosh

Ellice Perez McIntosh is an experienced leader in partnerships and operations, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships & Operations at Refraction AI since February 2022. Prior to this, Ellice was Head of Lidar Business at Waymo, where expertise was demonstrated in building a sales strategy for the company's 3D LiDar technology and overseeing autonomous vehicle operations. Ellice also held significant roles at Zipcar, managing new market expansion in Europe and overseeing operations in Washington, DC, and Baltimore. Early career experience includes serving as Managing Director at CakeLove, where growth procedures were implemented, and contributing to professional development at Chemonics International. Ellice holds an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Business and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
