Chance Heath

Head of Product at Reframe Technologies

Chance Heath has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an Account Manager at Crispin Porter + Bogusky. At this advertising agency, Heath worked closely with American Express Travel to develop campaigns and products.

In 2011, Heath founded Worldly, a platform for people to share their travel experiences. They conducted user research, developed a roadmap, led frontend development, and achieved 1,000 active users within six months of launching the product. Worldly was later sold in 2013.

Heath then joined Everwise in 2012 as a Product Manager and Customer Growth lead. They were responsible for onboarding platform clients, user acquisition through digital advertising campaigns, and feature development with the development team.

In 2014, Heath founded Heath Paine, a company that brought fabric innovation from activewear to classic sock styles. They were responsible for developing and executing the business plan, including financial modeling and investor decks, as well as product development.

Starting in 2016, Heath worked at Stack Overflow in various roles. As a Product Manager, they built the initial version of Stack Overflow Enterprise and scaled it to become the fastest-growing business unit. They also built Private Q&A for teams and a premium tier called "Business." Later, as Associate General Manager, Heath was the P&L owner for Stack Overflow's Private Q&A SaaS business and Enterprise business, and supported sales, marketing, and product teams.

From 2020 to 2021, Heath co-founded and served as an Advisor at Climb, a company with an advisory platform. They also served as a Co-Founder from 2020 until October 2021.

Currently, Heath is the Head of Product at Reframe Technologies, Inc. since February 2022.

Chance Heath attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs. In 2006, they also participated in the Immersive Arabic Program at Al Akhawayn University. Furthermore, in 2017, Chance completed a course in Financing Innovation: Valuing Projects and Firms through Stanford Continuing Studies. Chance later obtained a certification in the same subject from the Stanford Center for Professional Development in October 2017.
