Jeffrey Szczepanski

Jeffrey Szczepanski has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeffrey is currently the Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Reframe Technologies, Inc., where they are focused on delivering the next generation of computing and enhancing collaboration with computers. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sphere, a consumer community and knowledge-exchange platform acquired by Twitter. At Sphere, they played a crucial role in building vibrant online communities. Before Sphere, they briefly held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Culture Trip.

Jeffrey's earlier experience includes working as the Chief Operating Officer at Stack Overflow, where they were responsible for monetizing the network and overseeing revenue-bearing products and services. Jeffrey also held the role of Vice President of Research and Development at Paetec Communications Inc, where they co-founded Allworx and later became the Vice President of R&D for PAETEC and Founder/CTO of Allworx Business. Allworx experienced a successful exit when it was acquired by PAETEC.

Furthermore, Jeffrey worked as the CTO and Founder at Allworx Corp, leading the strategic direction of the business and driving integration with other PAETEC units. Prior to Allworx, they served as a Senior Systems Architect at Xerox and was responsible for leading an engineering team and developing embedded print servers. Jeffrey achieved significant product performance improvements while reducing costs.

Lastly, at Eastman Kodak, Jeffrey held the position of Senior Software Engineer and played a pivotal role in the development of Kodak's digital photographic copy and enlargement systems, including the PictureMaker kiosk system.
