Stephanie Prangley has a diverse work experience. Stephanie began their career as an Actuarial Consultant at Aon Hewitt from March 2007 to September 2010. Stephanie then joined Anthem, Inc. where they held various roles including Actuarial Analyst II, Actuarial Analyst III, and Associate Actuary from September 2010 to March 2017. Following that, they worked as an Actuary for UPMC Health Plan from April 2017 to January 2020. Stephanie then transitioned to BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina as an Actuarial Manager from January 2020 to July 2023. In addition to their actuarial roles, Stephanie also worked as a Nutrition Coach for The Sober Rebellion starting in July 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Health Coach at Reframe, where they lead meetings, provides personal development and life coaching, develops prevention plans, and implements strategies for habit change, achieving goals, and managing triggers. Stephanie also focuses on holistic health and wellness practices to help individuals with sleep quality, stress reduction, repairing the body, and managing cravings. Additionally, they work on mindset work and overcoming limiting beliefs to live in alignment with personal values.

Stephanie Prangley, FSA, MAAA, NTP, has a diverse education history. Stephanie obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Hillsdale College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Following their undergraduate studies, Stephanie pursued a career in actuarial science and achieved several certifications in this field. In 2013, they became an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and also became a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Furthermore, Stephanie obtained the prestigious title of Fellow from the Society of Actuaries in 2015.

In addition to their actuarial education, Stephanie pursued further education in the field of nutrition. Stephanie completed their Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association in June 2020. This certification provided their with the necessary knowledge and skills to practice as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

With a strong foundation in mathematics, extensive knowledge in actuarial science, and expertise as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Stephanie Prangley has a well-rounded and diverse education history.
