Jason Stafford

Jason Stafford, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in operations, management, and finance. Jason'smost recent position was as the Director of Finance at Refresco, a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Plant Manager at Refresco from November 2019 to June 2023.

Before joining Refresco, Jason worked at MillerCoors for a decade, where they held several positions including Sr Manager of Operations - Packaging, Plant Manager, and Business Unit Manager - Packaging. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability targets, managing budgets, and leading continuous improvement efforts.

Jason also worked as the Plant Operations Manager at Crispin Cider Company from January 2016 to July 2017, where they had P&L responsibility and led operations, finance, and supply chain functions.

Jason'searlier experience includes roles at Chrysler, where they served as an Area Manager in powertrain manufacturing and maintenance, and as a Facilities Manager. In these positions, they implemented lean manufacturing practices, managed budgets, supervised maintenance personnel, and oversaw various operations.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Jason gained valuable experience in the US Navy as an Engineering Watch Supervisor on nuclear submarines. Jason was responsible for reactor control equipment, propulsion steam systems, and electrical power generation and distribution.

Jason Stafford, MBA, earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University - College of Business from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Excelsior College (formerly Regents College) between 1996 and 1998.
