Kristin V. Trotha-Fischer

Kristin v. Trotha-Fischer has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Kristin currently holds the position of Director People & Culture Germany at Refresco, a role they started in January 2024. Before joining Refresco, they worked as a HR Consultant/Coach for leaders in 2018. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Head of HR and a member of the management team at Geberit. Prior to that, they held various HR roles at The Adecco Group, ista International GmbH, BASF, and Deutsche Telekom. Their roles at these companies included Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior HR Manager, and Director of HR Management, among others. Their career in HR began in 1996 at Deutsche Telekom, where they worked as an Assistant to the Management.

Kristin v. Trotha-Fischer received their Master's in Human Resources from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2005 to 2008. In 2018 to 2019, they attended the Kalapa Leadership Academy, where they obtained a degree in Achtsamkeitsbasierter systemischer Coach (MbsC). Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, they attended Deutsche Telekom AG / IHK Darmstadt and earned a degree in Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation.
