Andrea Rivera

Andrea Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health strategy and operations, currently serving as Manager at YouTube since February 2021. As a Co-Founder and President of Refresh Bolivia since January 2010, Andrea also holds the position of Executive Advisor. Previously, Andrea worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2014 to January 2021 as a Consultant and Associate, and completed a summer associate program at Pfizer in 2018. Additional experience includes roles as an Analyst at The World Bank and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Andrea began a career in public service as a Summer Intern at Santa Clara Foundation in 2010. Educational background includes an MBA in Global Management from The Wharton School and a Master of International Studies focusing on Latin America from The Lauder Institute, both from 2017 to 2019, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Economics from Harvard University.
