Randall Ledet is a seasoned supply chain leader with extensive global experience in various sectors including consumer goods, optical manufacturing, and logistics. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Refrig-It Warehouse since August 2022, Randall has previously held roles such as Supply Chain Consultant at CS&RL Consulting, Senior Director of Operations at GXO Logistics, and Executive Director of Operations at XPO Logistics. With a strong foundation in operational excellence, optimization, and employee engagement, Randall's career also includes significant positions at Luxottica and Unilever, along with a background as a Nuclear Electrician in the US Navy. Randall holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College and a degree from the US Navy Nuclear Power Program.
