Sadaf H. currently serves as the System Change & Practice Development Lead at SafeLives since June 2022, focusing on the development and codification of the Drive model and practice, analyzing data, conducting evaluations, and enhancing tech abuse guidance. Simultaneously, Sadaf holds the position of Tech Abuse Lead at Refuge, where responsibilities include providing specialist support related to tech abuse, increasing awareness across boroughs, and creating safe environments for survivors of gender-based violence. Additionally, Sadaf has experience as an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA), delivering high-quality advocacy and support to high-risk survivors and collaborating with various agencies to address their needs and risks.
