Sian French

Sian French has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Sian currently holds the position of Head of People and Organizational Development at Refuge since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Organizational Development Manager (Interim) at Refuge from July 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Refuge, Sian served as the HR Director at Lootah Real Estate Development from June 2017 to March 2020. Sian French obtained a BA (Hons) degree in European Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
