Billy Cravens

Billy Cravens serves as the Director of Technology at Refund Retriever since August 2009, leading technology efforts for auditing UPS and FedEx accounts. In addition, Billy manages the Houston ColdFusion Users Group since 2010, organizing meetings and delivering presentations on ColdFusion topics. As a self-employed software and web consultant since January 1999, Billy specializes in building web-facing business solutions using a variety of technologies. Previous experience includes roles as a ColdFusion developer for Knox Technology and as a web application developer at infraNET, along with consulting at Equiguard, Inc. Billy's earlier positions include intranet applications development at Baylor Health Care and Sabre, as well as a portal applications developer role at VerticalNet. Education includes an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and Lee College.
