Cristian S. has a wealth of experience in public policy, government affairs, and environmental affairs. From 2014 to 2016, they were Senior Manager of Public Policy at Uber, followed by a role as Director of EU Public Affairs at Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline. In 2017, they became Head of Global Public Affairs at Global Blue and, in 2020, Vice President of Public Policy at TIER Mobility. In 2021, they took on roles as Advisor for Public Policy & Market Access at StartupLabs Spain and Advisor for Government Affairs & New Markets at Spin. Most recently, in 2022, Cristian S. became Head of Government Relations at Refundit - Tax-Free Shopping.

Cristian S. has a diverse educational background. Cristian began their studies in 1999, obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the French-German Highschool in Paris, France. In 2001, they earned a Licentiate degree in Public Administration from the Universit\u00e9 Panth\u00e9on Assas (Paris II). Cristian then obtained a Master's degree in Political Sciences from the University of Paris I: Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne in 2005. The same year, they became an Attorney at Law from the Escuela Judicial del Consejo de la Magistratura de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. In 2004, they earned a Master's degree in International Law from the Universidad de Belgrano. In 2010, they obtained a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from ISMaPP. In 2012, they completed an Executive Program in Business Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cambridge. Currently, they are working towards an Executive MBA in International Business from ThePower Business School. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Padi Master from PADI and a Senior Master/Captain from the Spanish Maritime Safety and Rescue Agency.
