Creash Wong Yiu Lung

Group Director, Food & Beverage at Regal Hotels International

Creash Wong Yiu Lung, Group Director of Food & Beverage and also General Manager of Metropolitan Food and Beverage Limited , joined Regal Hotels International in 2018 and is responsible for food and beverage management for the group. Prior to his leadership in Regal Hotels International, he acquired professionally-trained experiences in esteemed hotels such as Shangri-la Hotels and Resorts, The Royal Garden, Miramar Hotel and Investment Company Limited and Royal Plaza Hotel for more than 25 years. He also represented Hong Kong at the Asia-Oceania Sommelier Competition and held the championship in The Best Sommelier of Hong Kong 2009.

Mr. Wong is a Senior Sommelier of the Hong Kong Sommelier Association.
