Michael Nicasio

Michael Nicasio has extensive experience in finance, supply chain, and management roles. Michael is currently serving as the Finance Director at Regal Rexnord, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Director at Regal Beloit Corporation, where they also served as a Supply Chain Director from May 2019 to December 2020 and as a Plant Manager from March 2015 to May 2019. Before joining Regal Beloit Corporation, Michael worked at Emerson Industrial Automation, where they held various roles such as Finance Director-Asia, Power Transmission Solutions from January 2009 to March 2015, Mgr. of Financial Planning & Analysis from July 2007 to January 2009, Materials Manager from October 2005 to July 2007, and Plant Controller from July 2003 to October 2005. Michael started their career as an Accounting Manager at Fast Heat in 2001.

Michael Nicasio obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Benedictine University between 1996 and 1998. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Operations Management from the same university between 2002 and 2006.
