Rob Chesser

Rob Chesser has a diverse work experience in manufacturing and operations. Rob started their career at GE in 1993, where they held various roles including MMP at GE Aircraft Engines, Lean Leader at GE ED&C, Manager of Shop Operations at GE ED&C, Manager of Purchasing/Sourcing at GE Caribe, and Plant Manager at GE Motors. In 2004, they joined Regal Beloit as a Plant Manager before being promoted to Director of Manufacturing for the HVAC & Hermetic Division. Rob later became the VP of Manufacturing at Regal Beloit. Throughout their career, Rob Chesser has managed multiple manufacturing operations across different countries, generating significant sales and leading large teams.

Rob Chesser obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University from 1985 to 1992.
