Vijay Kambhammettu

Vijay Kambhammettu has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vijay began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) in 1999 and then moved on to work as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at South Dakota State University from 2000 to 2004.

After completing their education, Vijay joined Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions in 2004, where they held various roles. Vijay started as a Project Leader in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and then transitioned into Product Marketing Management for Commercial Refrigeration, where they managed a $20M product portfolio and led the launch of 12 compressor embedded electronics products. Vijay later became a Senior Product Manager for Commercial Compressors, managing a $220M product portfolio and successfully launching new compressor models.

In 2013, Vijay co-founded and served as the CEO of Entroids.com, a company that provided a tool for the execution of innovative engineering products. Vijay led the development of Entroids' Think-Plan-Do framework, which facilitated efficient project management and communication.

From 2014 onwards, Vijay worked at Regal Beloit Corporation in various leadership roles. Vijay started as a Sales & Marketing Leader for the Tailwind Business at Regal USA, where they identified a $60M growth opportunity and launched an innovative DEC Star blower. Vijay then moved on to become the Director of NPD & Marketing for the Asia Pacific Climate Business, where they launched six engineering products and coached sales leaders. Their most recent role at Regal Beloit Corporation was as a Business Leader for the Middle East & Africa HVAC Climate division, where they led the turnaround of the MEA climate business and was responsible for the P&L of the region.

Vijay Kambhammettu obtained a degree in International Business, specifically an MBA, from Wright State University between 2007 and 2010. Vijay also earned a Post Graduate - Executive Certificate in Operations Management with Six Sigma from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur in 2020 to 2021. Earlier, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University from 2000 to 2003. Their undergraduate degree, BEIE (Bachelor of Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering), was completed at Andhra University from 1995 to 1999. Vijay completed their high school education in Mathematics and Science at Atomic Energy Central School from 1993 to 1995.
