Niti Sapna

Niti Sapna has over 19 years of work experience. Niti most recently served as an Associate Director of Operations at Regalix since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Regalix from October 2018 to June 2022. Niti also held the role of Operations Manager at Regalix from April 2017 to October 2018. Before joining Regalix, they worked at GENPACT as a Manager Operations from March 2013 to March 2017. Niti's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Manager- Operations at IBM Global Process Services from March 2012 to February 2013, an Assistant Manager at Honeywell India International from October 2004 to February 2011, a Travel Specialist at Techovate India from May 2003 to September 2004, and a Customer Care Executive at Convergys India Pvt Ltd from May 2002 to May 2003.

Niti Sapna holds an MBA (Hons.) degree in Economics from The ICFAI University, Tripura, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Delhi University. Niti completed their high school education at Sacred Heart Convent School and St. Mary's English High School. In terms of additional certifications, Niti has completed the "Sales Integrity Training" from Google and obtained a Global Professional Certificate in Effective Leadership and Management from Michigan State University. Niti is also AdWords Certified.
