John Mark Nono is an accomplished operations professional currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at Regalix since January 2022. Prior to Regalix, John held the position of Lead Business Integrator at a startup from February to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing fiscal activities and collaborating with the leadership team to align company goals. John's extensive experience at TeleTech Philippines spanned nearly a decade, during which John Mark progressed through several key roles, including Site Lead and Senior Operations Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and complaint management across multiple sites. John holds a Master's degree in Education, majoring in English, from West Negros University.
