Brett McGennis

Brett McGennis has extensive work experience in executive leadership and operations management roles. Brett is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Regard Recovery, where they have been since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Regard Recovery starting from March 2021.

Before joining Regard Recovery, Brett was the CEO/COO of Crossroads Treatment Centers from February 2017 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the operations and growth of the industry leader in addiction treatment.

Brett also worked as the Director of Operations at Falcon Transport in 2016, where they were accountable for all operations of a long and short-haul transport company.

Earlier in their career, Brett served as the Vice President of Operations at WIS International/Western Inventory from April 2011 to March 2016. Their responsibilities included executive leadership, managing business needs and challenges, and ensuring the implementation of organizational strategies. Brett also held the position of Director of Operations at WIS International/Western Inventory from July 2005 to March 2011, where they managed multiple business units and served as the operational liaison for blue chip customers.

Brett McGennis earned an Honors BA in International Relations/Business Ethics from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, which they completed between 1992 and 1997. Brett also obtained an Honors Bachelor Degree in International Relations from the same institution during the same period. Additionally, they hold a certification from Karrass, but further information about this certification is not available.
