Barbara Johnson, MBA, SPHR

Barbara Johnson, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at McKim & Creed, Inc. since July 2022, after a long tenure at RegEd where Johnson has held the role of Director, Head of Human Resources since 2008. With extensive experience in human resources across various industries, previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Farragut Systems, Inc. and Overture Networks, as well as Manager of Human Resources at Fiserv’s CheckFree Business Unit. Johnson also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Duke University, instructing future human resources professionals. Educational credentials include an MBA from Duke University and degrees in Computer Science and Textile Management from North Carolina State University.
