Linda Guilfoyle currently serves as SVP of Technical Client Services at RegEd, a position held since April 2021, previously holding the role of Vice President of Client Services. Prior to RegEd, Linda was the Global Director of Customer Success at Avolin from February 2020 to April 2021, where leadership of a global team contributed to overseeing key customer success initiatives across an 87M revenue portfolio. Linda's career includes significant roles at ClickSoftware from January 2012 to February 2020, initially as Onboarding Team Manager and later as Project Manager Team Lead, focusing on software implementation and project management. Earlier experience at Gearworks as Manager of Training established a foundation in training program development and client onboarding. Linda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
