Elizabeth Winter

Elizabeth Winter has extensive experience in the medical field. Elizabeth began their career as an Internal Medicine Specialist at Northwest Permanente in 1999. Elizabeth then worked as a Hospitalist at Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group from 2000 to 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they held the same role at IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. Elizabeth joined Legacy Health in 2007 as a Hospitalist and remained there until 2015. Currently, they serve as the Medical Director of Government Programs at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.

Elizabeth Winter attended Trinity University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Elizabeth then went on to study at Baylor College of Medicine from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, specializing in Medicine.
