Juanita Ward

Juanita Ward has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, HR program management, and employee relations. Juanita currently works as the Human Resources & Office Manager at Regency Enterprises Services, LLC, where they collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at AlWazzan Education, where they partnered with management to recruit key personnel and managed various HR programs. Juanita also worked as an HR Manager at Kuwait London Company, where they developed programs for talent review and mentoring and acted as a strategic advisor to senior management. Juanita started their career as an HR Business Partner at BIG - Beyout Investment Group. Throughout their career, Juanita has consistently demonstrated their ability to build diverse pipelines, implement best practices, and improve employee engagement.

Juanita Ward completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Arts from Andhra University between 1989 and 1992. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from ISBM, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.
