Jennifer Zaborowski

Jennifer Zaborowski, PhD, is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in learning and development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of IT Learning & Development at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 2013, Zaborowski has successfully spearheaded the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with IT's technological roadmaps. Previous roles include Vice President at Credit Suisse, where Zaborowski managed an $81 million initiative, and Program Manager at Moody's Investors Service, overseeing significant IT operations. With a strong educational background in linguistics from the University of London and the University of Virginia, alongside a PMP certification, Zaborowski brings a unique blend of expertise in organizational development, project management, and IT service delivery.
