Kay Bredvik

Kay Bredvik has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and healthcare industries. Kay began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at CDP Hospital. In 2012, they moved to Altitude Edge Consultants in the same role. In 2013, they began working at Banner Health as a Physician Recruitment Coordinator, Provider Relations Representative, and Medical Staff Coordinator. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Manager at Mahnke Auto Body and in 2021 they moved to Kaizen Collision Center in the same role. Currently, they are the HR Manager at Regenesis Biomedical, Inc.

Kay Bredvik received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix in 2014. Kay also obtained a Healthcare Administration & Healthcare Finance degree from Concordia College in 2008. Additionally, they attended Concordia College prior to 2004. In November 2022, Kay Bredvik obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
