Randall Faircloth

Randall Faircloth currently serves as Managing Partner at Regent Law, a position held since July 2018, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties, as well as commercial lease negotiations for landlord and tenant clients. Prior experience includes roles as Partner in Commercial Real Estate at Milazzo Webb Law, PLLC from November 2017 to July 2018, and Associate Attorney in Real Estate at Homesley & Wingo Law Group PLLC from July 2014 to October 2017, among other legal positions. Randall Faircloth's education includes an MBA in Finance from Campbell University, a BBA in Trust & Wealth Management with a Minor in Financial Planning from Campbell University, a J.D. from Charlotte School of Law, and a summer study abroad program at William & Mary Law School in Madrid, Spain.
