Claire Gibson

Claire Gibson is an accomplished senior operations executive with extensive experience in the surgical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Regent Surgical since August 2022, Claire previously held several key positions at United Surgical Partners International, Inc., including Regional Vice President of Operations for South Florida and Dallas/Fort Worth. Claire's earlier roles include Leadership Development Associate at United Surgical Partners and Marketing Communications at Adeptus Health, where responsibilities encompassed managing communications and successfully launching numerous emergency rooms and hospitals. Claire holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in History from Duke University.
