Riley Orr

Riley Orr has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2012 to 2020, they held various roles at United Surgical Partners International, Inc, including Regional Vice President of Operations and Administrator. During their time there, they were responsible for the growth, service line development, and clinical operation of 11 surgery centers, with a portfolio consisting of $165 million in annual revenue. In 2020, Riley joined U.S. Renal Care as a Regional Vice President of Operations until the end of the year. In 2021, they became the Market President at Compass Surgical Partners. Currently, Riley serves as the Vice President of Operations, Integration, and Supply Chain at Regent Surgical Health, and will transition into the role of Senior Vice President of Operations in 2023.

Riley Orr has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Riley completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at Abilene Christian University from 2008 to 2012.
