Stephen Bruce serves as the Executive Vice President for Finance & Administration (CFO) at Regent University, having been appointed to oversee business operations, budget management, and various administrative services since July 2012. With a strong background in institutional analytics and academic administration, Stephen played a pivotal role in establishing the Office of Institutional Analytics and has led organizational restructuring efforts within graduate administration. Prior to this, Stephen held multiple positions at Regent University and Virginia Wesleyan College, including Assistant Dean for Administration and Director of Admissions. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Business from Virginia Wesleyan University.
