Rita Aslan

Rita Aslan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rita began their career in 2011 as a Financial Accountant at FRESH Nordaq and then moved on to work as a Back Office Accountant at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH in 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of Executive Assistant at Heidrick & Struggles, where they provided executive search and leadership consulting services. In 2016, Rita joined Amendo as a Research Responsible at Amendo Executive Search, before transitioning to TEDxStockholm as a Member Team Production member. In 2017, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner at One Agency Sweden AB, where they were responsible for recruitment and employer branding for IT/Tech consultants. Rita then joined H&M in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Partner Marketing & Communications, where they drove D&I initiatives and supported the company in talent acquisition within marketing and communications. In 2021, they became the Head of Talent Acquisition at All of us, and in 2023, they joined Regent AB as an Account Manager.

Rita Aslan completed their education at several universities. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Stockholm University and earned a Kandidatexamen Ekonomi with a specialization in Marknadsföring (Marketing). In 2003 to 2004, they studied at Örebro University and obtained 60 poäng (credit points) in the field of Psychology.
