Rod Donison

Rod Donison is an experienced professional with a diverse background in partnership management, consulting, and community service. Currently serving as a Partnership Manager at Paradigm Consulting Group since August 2024, Rod also holds the position of Principal at Sterling Consulting Inc. and volunteers as a chaplain and Critical Incident Stress Management team member with the Regina Police Service since July 2015. Previous roles include Director of Partnerships at Dasro Consulting Inc., Area Director for LeaderImpact and Bayshore HealthCare, and Sales Director at DFI Software and Adxstudio. Rod began a leadership journey as Lead Pastor at Harvest City Church from 1996 to 2006, all while pursuing business and professional development education.
