Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles within the healthcare and insurance sectors. As CFO of New Hampshire Oncology-Hematology, PA from April 2008 to June 2023, Daniel managed financial operations for a practice comprising 10 physicians and 6 mid-level providers. Prior to this, Daniel served as CFO at Patriot Health Insurance Co., a startup focused on high deductible and HSA-qualified plans, and held the position of Director of Finance/Controller at Neighborhood Health Plan, overseeing financial activities for both commercial and Medicaid HMO. Daniel also contributed as CFO at Partner Provider Health, a startup vision care company. Academically, Daniel holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University, a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and an A.A.S. in Accounting from SUNY Cobleskill.
