Prior to this, Rachel held positions such as Office Manager at TMB Systems Limited, Quality Assurance Analyst at Franciscan Alliance, Inc., and Data Management Specialist at HFR. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, Rachel has a strong background in quality assurance and project management.
