Emerging Programs Manager at Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York

Denise Schultz is an experienced professional in nutrition and food assistance, currently serving as the Emerging Programs Manager at the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York since February 2018. In this role, Denise has successfully fostered key community partnerships to develop emergency feeding services and implemented strategies to alleviate hunger across a 23-county area. Previously, as the Direct Delivery Coordinator, Denise developed the Senior Pop-Up Pantry Program and coordinated the Fresh Food Delivery Program to enhance food distribution to food-insecure seniors and member pantries. Earlier career experience includes serving as a NICU Formula Technician at Albany Medical Center, where responsibilities included the preparation and delivery of infant feedings. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College and an Associate of Science in Nutrition from SUNY Schenectady County Community College.
