Reginald E. Owens LCPC, LMHC, CADC is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and substance abuse services. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist and Consultant at Regional Health Systems since April 2018, Reginald has also been affiliated with Ada S McKinley since June 2010, where roles include Behavioral Health Therapist, MISA Counselor, and Qualified Mental Health Professional. Experience encompasses providing intervention services for co-occurring adolescents and adults, as well as working in child welfare services.
