Mischa Konings is an experienced aviation maintenance professional with a strong background in supervisory and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Daily Maintenance Supervisor at Regional Jet Center BV since January 2020, Mischa has previously held key positions including Chief Engineer at NHV Group and Maintenance Manager at Nayak Aircraft Services. With extensive expertise gained over several years at Martinair in various capacities, including Maintenance Project Supervisor, Team Leader, and Inspector, Mischa has a proven track record in developing maintenance processes, optimizing quality and cost efficiency, and leading maintenance teams. Educational qualifications include MTS degrees in Aircraft Avionics and CEF from the Anthony Fokker School.
