Caitlin Hanly

Caitlin Hanly serves as Municipal Legal Counsel for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo since January 2016, bringing extensive legal experience gained from prior roles as Associate Lawyer at Flett Manning Moore, McMurray Law Office, and McMillan LLP. Caitlin completed a Doctor of Law (JD) at the University of Calgary and furthered education with a Business Leadership for In-House Counsel degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Caitlin also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (Hons) in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Public Policy from the University of Guelph.
