Megan Ritter

Megan Ritter is a Program Manager at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo and the Supervisor of Health Programs. Prior to their current role, Megan served as the People and Culture Manager at Bredin Centre for Learning, Director of Learning & Talent at Fire & Flower, and Human Resources Manager at Brock Canada. With a background in Human Resources and Labour Relations, Megan has also worked as a Human Resource Business Partner and Recruiter at Suncor Energy, Human Resource Advisor at SMS Equipment, and in Human Resources at Edmonton Public Library. Megan is currently pursuing further education at the University of Fredericton and the University of New Brunswick to enhance their skills in Psychologically Safe Leadership.
