Daniel B. Thomas

Daniel B. Thomas has extensive work experience in various roles within the information technology sector. Daniel B. most recently served as the Vice President Information Technology Operations at Regional One Health, where they oversaw the creation and management of a reliable and secure IT infrastructure, as well as effective IT support services. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director - IT Applications & Operations at the same company, where they led the introduction and support of clinical and business information systems.

Before joining Regional One Health, Daniel worked at Delta Health Alliance as the Associate Vice President - Information Technology, collaborating with the Vice President of IT to ensure adherence to industry and company guidelines. Daniel B. also launched and supported the Allscripts TouchWorks electronic health record system (EHR).

Daniel's earlier experience includes roles at SergeMD, Inc., where they served as the Executive Vice President and Vice President of Technology Services. In these positions, they directed operations, launched new business lines, oversaw sales team performance, and managed technology implementations at client facilities. Daniel B. also worked at ChevronTexaco as an IT Database Manager, responsible for server deployment and support, capacity planning, and network infrastructure administration.

Daniel's career began at Informed Medical Networks as the Director of Operations and briefly at Hilton as a Helpdesk Analyst.

Daniel B. Thomas holds a Master of Health Administration degree in Health Care Leadership from Capella University (2016-2017). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration (1998-2003). In 1996-1997, they pursued Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, they have a certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco.
