James Proctor

James “Jim” Proctor is senior vice president and chief financial officer at Regional One Health, leading all areas of finance for the health care system including revenue cycle, accounting, strategic financial planning, internal audit, facilities operations and materials management.

He earned his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor Degree in accounting from the University of Memphis.

Proctor has more than 24 years of professional experience in health care finance. He joined Regional One Health in 2009 and served in various finance positions before being named CFO in 2021. Prior to joining Regional One Health, he spent 13 years with a managed care organization.

He is a six-sigma green belt and has worked on numerous process improvement teams.
