Rachel Kemp

Rachel Kemp has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Their most recent role was as the VP of Nursing/Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Regional One Health, which they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Clinical Support and Education Services at the same company from December 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Regional One Health, Rachel served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Encompass Health from February 2019 to December 2020. Rachel also worked at Methodist South Hospital, where they held the roles of Interim Chief Nursing Officer from April 2018 to February 2019, and Administrative Director from February 2016 to April 2018.

Prior to their tenure at Methodist South Hospital, Rachel worked at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare as a Clinical Director from January 2012 to February 2016. Rachel also gained experience as an RN PCC at Methodist Lebonheur Germantown Hospital from November 2009 to December 2011.

Rachel Kemp attended the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a MSN/MHA degree in Nursing and Health Administration.
