Colleen Richards

Colleen Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at the Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia since January 2021, Colleen previously held multiple roles at Toromont Cat, including Operations Manager for the Atlantic Region and Product Support Sales Manager. Colleen's career includes significant positions at Atlantic Cat where responsibilities ranged from Product Support Sales Manager to Marketing Manager and SAP Trainer. Earlier roles include Marketing Services Coordinator at Casino Nova Scotia, Career Coordinator at Dalhousie University, and IT Sales Specialist & Marketing Assistant at Bell Aliant. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Informatics from Dalhousie University and completed The Project Management Course at Saint Mary's University.
