Gillian Shay

Gillian Shay has extensive experience in employee benefits administration and human resources, currently serving as Demand Management Coordinator at WCB Nova Scotia since October 2019, after holding positions as Business Improvement Specialist and Benefits Administrator. Prior to this role, Gillian worked at Morneau Shepell from January 2018 to October 2019 as Case Manager and Senior Benefits Analyst. At Emera, from November 2012 to January 2018, responsibilities included administering employee benefits and providing pension and benefit support. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Support Assistant at PWGSC and Financial Services Manager at O'Regan's Automotive Group. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from Saint Mary's University, completed in 2011.
