Tania Williams

Tania Williams is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada since July 2015, Tania oversees complex HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Previous roles include Human Resources Analyst at the Southern Nevada Health District, Director of Human Resources at MGM Resorts International, and HR Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations, among others. Tania possesses a strong foundation in training and development, benefits administration, and strategic HR management, supported by degrees in International Business/Finance from Howard University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
