Bonnie M.

Bonnie M. has had a diverse work experience in various companies and roles throughout their career. Bonnie started their work experience in 2000 as a Senior Application Analyst at Bingham McCutchen LLP, where they worked until 2007. Bonnie then joined Raytheon as a Senior Business Analyst for Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) - IT. In 2008, they worked at Merrill Corporation LLC as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner-LFTS, Legal Financial Transaction Services/PMO- IT. Bonnie then transitioned to Tri-Com Consulting Group/Dept. of Mental Health as a Consultant Senior Business Analyst, IT, and later joined SilaSG, Professional Consulting Firm as a Lead Business Analyst/Product Owner for the H-60 IETM Program. Bonnie further pursued their career as a Consultant Senior Business Analyst at SQA (Software Quality Associates/Yale University) and as a Consultant Senior Business Solutions Analyst at Tri-Com Consulting Group/Northeast Utilities. In 2013, they became a Consultant Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner for the IT department at Tri-Com Consulting Group/Dept. of Rehabilitation Services. Bonnie continued their consulting career as a Consultant Senior IT Business Analyst, PMO/Infrastructure Strategy at TEKsystems/RBS until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Analyst at South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority.

Bonnie M. has an MBA degree in Management from Simmons University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California State University-Sacramento. Additionally, Bonnie has obtained several certifications including Process Automation Approaches from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in September 2022, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Workshop from Cprime, Inc in June 2022, BPM Specialist (BPMS) from Badgr in February 2022, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute in February 2018. Bonnie has also completed multiple online courses in various business and analytics-related subjects through LinkedIn, obtaining certifications in Business Analytics, Data-Driven Decision-Making, Web APIs, Data Science, Agile Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Digital Business Analysis. Furthermore, Bonnie completed the Leadership Greater New Haven program offered by the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce in March 2021.
