Amanda Gerber

Amanda Gerber is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate governance and legal support within the aged care sector. Currently serving as Assistant Company Secretary and Senior Governance and Legal Officer at Regis Aged Care since March 2017, Amanda oversees corporate governance, company secretarial functions, and strategic planning, while also providing legal counsel assistance. Previously, Amanda worked as an Attorney at McWilliams & Elliott Inc., leading the Collections Department and handling various civil litigation matters. Amanda began the legal career as a Candidate Attorney and gained foundational experience as a Research Assistant and Student Assistant at the University of the Free State, where Amanda earned a Bachelor's in Law (summa cum laude) and a Bachelor's in Commerce (cum laude).
