Justine Lewis

Justine Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Justine started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Optus in 2000 and then worked as a Consultant at Hudson Global Resources in London from 2004 to 2008. Justine then joined Hudson in Melbourne as a Consultant, specializing in sourcing mid to senior level Sales & Marketing professionals. Justine later worked at EY as a Senior Consultant in Assurance, where they were responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires. Justine also worked at Ashurst as a Consultant in the Graduate Development Program, providing legal advice and building teams specific to clients' needs. Justine then joined ANZ as a Recruitment Partner, contributing to the bank's purpose of shaping a sustainable economy. Justine continued their career at QBE Insurance as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner before joining Regis Aged Care as a Corporate Recruitment & Project Lead.

Justine Lewis completed their bachelor's degree in Commerce, with a specialization in HR, at The University of Western Australia from 1996 to 1999.
