Mariela Ampuero

Mariela Ampuero has extensive experience in human resources and compensation roles. Mariela worked at Regis Corporation as the Director of Human Resources and Compensation from March 2020 onwards, after serving as the Compensation Manager from April 2018 to March 2020. Before this, Mariela worked at Cargill for a substantial period. Their roles at Cargill included being the Global Human Resources Lead from October 2015 to May 2017, the Compensation Lead for Global IT and Global Transportation and Logistics from November 2012 to October 2015, the Global Compensation Lead for Cargill Animal Nutrition from May 2009 to November 2012, and the Senior Human Resources Generalist from November 2006 to May 2009.

Mariela Ampuero attended Escuelas Canadienses, Instituto ADEX, and the University of Minnesota. At Escuelas Canadienses, they did not earn a degree. At Instituto ADEX, they completed a degree in International Business. At the University of Minnesota, they obtained certificates in Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager.
